摘  要:目的:观察分析标准化脊柱骨折脱位伴有脊髓损伤患者的早期治疗方案以及临床疗效。方法:将2020年10月~2021年10月北京市水利医院纳入的100例脊柱骨折脱位伴有脊髓损伤患者作为研究主体,入院后均给予规范化手术治疗、标准化术后康复治疗,统计其治疗优良率,并对比分析患者治疗前、治疗后12个月的脊髓神经功能分级、生活质量评分。结果:100例脊柱骨折脱位伴有脊髓损伤患者的治疗优良率高达88.00%(88/100);治疗后脊髓神经功能分级显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后的生活质量评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:伴有脊髓损伤的脊柱骨折脱位患者通过规范化手术治疗以及标准化康复治疗后,能够显著改善其脊髓神经功能,提高其生活质量,临床效果确切,值得现代临床广泛普及。Objective: To observe and analyze the early treatment plan and clinical efficacy of standardized spinal fracture and dislocation patients with spinal cord injury. Methods: 100 patients of spinal fracture dislocation with spinal cord injury admitted in Beijing Municipal Water Resources Hospital in October 2020 and October 2021 were taken as the research subject, and performed with standardization operation treatment, postoperative rehabilitation, and the rate of good treatment was counted and the spinal cord function classification and the quality of life scores before and 12 months after treatment in patients were compared. Results: In 100 cases of spinal fracture and dislocation with spinal cord injury,the excellent and good rate of treatment was 88.00%(88/100). The grade of spinal nerve function after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05). The quality of life score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The patients of spinal fracture and dislocation with spinal cord injury can significantly improve their spinal nerve function and quality of life after standardized surgical treatment and standardized rehabilitation treatment. The clinical effect is accurate and worthy of modern clinical popularization.
