花洒喷射均匀度的评价方法研究

摘　　要：结合现有行业标准关于花洒喷射均匀度的定义,并借鉴农业喷灌领域对喷头喷灌均匀度的应用研究,本文提出一种针对花洒喷射均匀度的评价方法。该方法以喷灌领域应用较广的克里斯琴森均匀度系数为主体,综合评估离散型喷射源及离散系统数据采集统计方法的特点,指出当前针对离散型喷射源的均匀度评价具有一定的局限性。据此引入基于克里斯琴森均匀度系数的补充表达形式,即相对均匀度,以期适用于花洒喷射均匀度的一般性评价。Combined with the existing industrial standards about the definition of spray uniformity for a shower, this paper uses the research on the application of sprinkler irrigation uniformity in agricultural irrigation field for reference,and puts forward an evaluation method in view of spray uniformity for a shower. This method takes the Christiansen uniformity coefficient widely used in sprinkler irrigation field as the main body, comprehensively assesses the characteristic of discrete spray source and discrete data acquisition system statistical method, points out the limitation for current evaluation method of spray uniformity about discrete spray source. A supplement expression based on Christiansen uniformity coefficient is introduced, which is relative uniformity, and it is expected to fit for the general spray uniformity evaluation of a shower.
