摘  要:为提高真空断路器分合闸性能和智能化操作水平,提出了适用于真空断路器电机操动机构的RBF⁃PID控制方法,结合有限转角永磁无刷直流驱动电机动态数学模型,分析了驱动电机转速响应特性和运动过程可控性,构建了电机操动机构神经网络控制方程,对PID控制参数进行优化整定,分别计算分析常规PID和RBF⁃PID控制方法作用下真空断路器操作速度的跟踪特性。研制了电机操动机构速度控制系统,开展了真空断路器电机操动机构速度跟踪特性实验,结果表明,采用RBF⁃PID控制方法可以有效降低速度跟踪误差,操作过程中最大跟踪误差小于0.2 m/s,满足真空断路器智能化操作要求。For improving the opening and closing performance as well as intelligent operation level of vacuum circuit breaker,the RBF⁃PID control method of motorized operating mechanism for vacuum circuit breaker is proposed.Combining with the dynamic mathematical model of the limited angle permanent magnet brushless DC drive motor,the revolution response characteristics and the motion process controllability of the drive motor are analyzed.The neural network control equation of the motorized operating mechanism is constructed,the PID control parameters are optimized and set,and the operation speed tracking characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker under the action of con⁃ventional PID and RBF⁃PID control methods are calculated and analyzed respectively.The speed control system of the motorized operating mechanism is developed and the experiment of speed tracking characteristic of motorized op⁃erating mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker is developed.The results show that adoption of RBF⁃PID control meth⁃od can effectively reduce the speed tracking error,and the maximum tracking error in the operation process is less than 0.2 m/s,which meets the requirements of intelligent operation of vacuum circuit breaker.
