摘 要:针对直流电网对快速真空开关分闸要求高的问题,提出了一种基于电磁斥力—永磁保持式机构的快速真空开关。利用有限元方法对永磁保持机构保持力和电磁斥力—永磁保持式机构分闸动作过程多物理场进行仿真分析,得出了永磁体厚度和静铁心内部厚度对永磁保持机构保持力的影响,掌握了变化量对机构分闸动作过程的影响。通过对基于电磁斥力—永磁保持式机构的快速真空开关样机的分闸特性测试,与仿真结果具有高度一致性,证明其正确性,对后续此类机构的优化设计具有指导意义。Aiming at the high requirement of DC power grid for opening operation of fast vacuum switch,a kind of fast vacuum switch based on electromagnetic repulsion permanent magnet holding mechanism is proposed.By using the finite element method,the multi physical field of the permanent magnet holding mechanism’s holding force and electromagnetic repulsion permanent magnet holding mechanism’s opening action process is simulated and ana⁃lyzed.The influence of the thickness of the permanent magnet and the inner thickness of the static iron core on the holding force of the permanent magnet holding mechanism is obtained,and the influence of the variation on the open⁃ing action process of the mechanism is mastered.Through the opening characteristic test of the prototype of the fast vacuum switch based on the electromagnetic repulsion⁃permanent magnet holding mechanism,the results are highly consistent with the simulation results,which proves its correctness and has guiding significance for the subsequent optimization design of this kind of mechanism.
