摘 要:MMC换流阀阀端间交直流耐压试验时,换流器闭锁,电容电压控制算法未投入使用,因此,子模块的均压特性受系统阻容网络的影响。根据试验录波结果,阀塔层间子模块电压分布规律为顶层和底层高,中间层低,子模块电压先发散,后趋于平衡。经过分析得到水路及均压电极布置方式对系统阻容网络有很大的影响,是试验过程中造成层间子模块不均压的主要因素。通过搭建MMC换流阀阀端间交直流耐压试验详细仿真模型,仿真得到层间子模块电压分布规律与试验基本一致,10 s试验最大不均压度为3.9%,3 h试验最大不均压度8.9%。研究结果为MMC子模块的水路及均压电极布置方式提供了可靠支撑,具有重要的借鉴价值。In case of MMC AC⁃DC voltage withstand test between MMC converter valve ends,the converter is blocked and the capacitor voltage control algorithm is not put into use.Therefore,the voltage equalization character⁃istics of the VSC sub⁃module are affected by the system resistance⁃capacitance(RC)network.According to the re⁃cording result of the test,the voltage distribution law of the sub⁃module between the valve tower layers is high at the top and bottom layers and low at the middle layer,and the sub⁃module voltage is firstly diverged,and then tends to be balanced.It is found through analysis that the layout of the waterway and the equalizing electrode has large influ⁃ence on the RC network of the system,and is the main factor causing uneven voltage between the sub⁃modules in the test.The detailed simulation model of the AC⁃DC withstand voltage test of the MMC valve tower is set up and the volt⁃age distribution between the sub⁃modules obtained by simulation is basically consistent with the test,and the maxi⁃mum voltage unevenness is 3.9%in 10 s test and 8.9%in 3 h test.The research results have provided reliable support for the waterway and equalizing electrode arrangement of the MMC sub⁃module and has important reference value.
