摘  要:随着高压断路器开断电流不断增大,要求配用的弹簧操动机构应具有更大的操作功。在机构合闸过程中,冲击变大,合闸保持结构的稳定性降低,偶尔会出现机构合闸后立即分闸的“空合”现象。文中首先对CT26弹簧操动机构合闸保持结构进行了研究,通过采取增大机构合闸过冲量、加快合闸保持掣子复位速度、增大滚子与分闸掣子扣接区域等措施,对合闸保持结构进行了设计改进,并通过试验进行了验证。最终,消除了操动机构的“空合”现象,提高了断路器动作的可靠性。With the increase of interruption current of high voltage circuit breaker,the equipped spring operating mechanism is required more operating power.During the closing process of the mechanism,the impact increases,the stability of the closing holding structure decreases and occasionally the“idle closing”phenomenon of immediate opening after the closing of the operating mechanism occurs.In this paper,the closing holding structure of the CT26 spring operating mechanism is studied firstly.The design of the closing holding structure is improved by adopting such measures as increasing the closing overshoot of mechanism,speeding up the resetting speed of the closing hold⁃ing latch as well as increasing the buckling area of the roller and the opening latch,and is verified by way of test.Eventually,the“idle closing”phenomenon of of the operating mechanism is eliminated and operation reliability of circuit breaker is improved,
