摘 要:高压断路器液压弹簧机构受制造技术、安装工艺、运行环境等因素影响,运行中可能会出现闭锁、误动、拒动、无法储能、频繁打压等问题。文中基于500 kV H变电站5061断路器液压弹簧机构打压频繁现象,机构解体后发现工作缸内壁高、低压油道孔壁处存在贯穿性裂纹,进而建模进行受力分析,结合裂纹处无损检测、金相组织、电镜分析等试验结果,推定工作缸高压、低压油道孔壁处因应力腐蚀造成开裂,导致设备运行时高压液压油内漏至低压液压油管路,从而引起机构频繁打压。据此,结合停电计划抽查同型号设备,建议厂家加强工艺管控,预防类似现象发生,保证电力系统稳定运行。With the effect of manufacturing technology,installation processing,operating environment and other fac⁃tors,the hydraulic spring operating mechanism for high voltage circuit breaker may appear such problems during the operation as locking,maloperation,refusal operation,unable charging and frequent pumping etc.In this paper,based on the frequent pumping of hydraulic operating mechanism for 5061 circuit breaker of 500 kV H substation,it is found after the disassembly of the operating mechanism that some long penetrated cracks are existed at high and low pressure conversion oil passage hole wall in the inner wall of the working cylinder.It is presumed through stress analysis by way of modeling and such test results as non⁃destructive inspection,metallographic structure and electron microscopy analysis that the high and low pressure oil passage hole wall in working cylinder is cracked due to stress corrosion,which leads to the leakage of high pressure hydraulic oil to the low pressure hydraulic oil pipeline during operation,thus causing frequent pumping of the mechanism.On this basis,the same type of mechanism is selective⁃ly inspected in combination with power outage plan,the manufacturer is recommend to strengthen process control to prevent occurrence of similar phenomena and ensure stable operation of power system.
