摘  要:为给规模化养殖中华小长臂虾(Palaemonetes sinensis)提供充足的苗种供应和建立高效生态养殖模式,进行了中华小长臂虾仿天然水域生态环境条件下的人工繁殖和生态养殖模式研究。人工繁殖试验在池塘内网箱进行,选用暂养箱套孵化箱,亲虾孵化箱内孵化,每只孵化箱放养平均尾重0.62 g抱孵亲虾9.0 kg,在水温16.4~21.6℃条件下,经过18~19 d孵化出苗,平均孵化率82.6%,生产幼虾345.3万尾。池塘生态养殖中,栽种25%~30%伊乐藻,幼虾放养密度750万尾/hm^(2),投喂蛋白34%的鲤鱼商品饲料。结果表明,中华小长臂虾养殖成活率60.8%,出池规格0.51 g/尾,单位面积产量2326.5 kg/hm^(2),饲料系数1.42。In order to provide sufficient seeding supply and establish an efficient ecological breeding mode for large scale farming of the Chinese grass shrimp Palaemonetes sinensis,the artificial propagation and ecological culture mode for the shrimp were studied under the condition of imitating the natural water.The artificial propagation experiment was carried out in the net cage placed in pond.One temporary net cage was used for culture outside,the other was used for hatching inside.The average weight of the parent shrimp was 0.64 g,9.0 kg parent shrimp were bred in each hatching net cage.The larvae was hatched in 18~19 days under the condition of water temperature of 16.4~21.6℃.The average hatchability was 82.6%,and 3.453 million juvenile prawn were produced.In ecological breeding experiment,Elodea sp.was planted covering 25%~30%of the pond area.The stocking density of juvenile shrimps was 7500000 ind./hm^(2).Commercial feed for common carp containing 34%crude protein was fed to the shrimp.As a result,the survival rate,the average final weight of the shrimp,the yield and the feed coefficient were 60.8%,0.51 g,2326.5 kg/hm^(2) and 1.42 respectively.
