摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢联众(广州)不锈钢有限公司2507超级双相不锈钢的研制过程。通过化学成分设计;炼钢工序控氮、去夹杂;加热工序避免温降过大;高温轧制;快速冷却;酸洗固溶温度控制在1140~1160℃等措施,所生产的2507双相不锈钢铁素体分布均匀,无边裂和表面起皮缺陷,且机械性能满足ASTM A240要求,可实现批量生产。The development process of 2507 super duplex stainless steel in Angang Lianzhong(Guangzhou)Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Through a series of measures such as chemical composition design;nitrogen control and inclusion removal in steelmaking process;avoid excessive temperature drop in heating process;high temperature rolling and rapid cooling and controlling;the pickling solution temperature at 1140~1160℃,the ferrite of 2507 duplex stainless steel is evenly distributed without edge crack and surface peeling defects,and its mechanical properties meet the requirements of ASTM A240,which can realize mass production.
