摘　　要：针对宝钢管线钢中间包耐材连浇炉数需大幅提高的现状,从材料和结构两方面进行了调整。高强镁质堰板中添加了小颗粒刚玉,改变原有镁硅结合系统等,提高了强度与抗渗透性能;高耐用性中间包涂抹料从结合剂、矿物纤维部分替代纸纤维、有机增塑剂替代粘土等方面改善了施工性能。措施实施后,中包运行安全、稳定,连浇时间达到500 min以上。以更为致密的预制板作为冲击区渣线抗侵蚀专用保护板贴附,解决了涂料在该部位耐冲刷能力差的难题。The number of continuous casting furnaces of pipeline steel tundish in Baosteel needs to be greatly increased,the adjustment is made from material and structure.Small particle corundum is added to the high-strength magnesium weir plate to change the original magnesium silicon bonding system,so as to improve the strength and impermeability;the high durability tundish coating material improves the construction performance from the aspects of binder,mineral fiber partially replacing paper fiber,organic plasticizer replacing clay and so on.After the measures are implemented,the tundish operation is safe and stable,and the continuous pouring time reaches more than 500 min.The more compact prefabricated board is used as the special protective board for slag line erosion resistance in the impact area,which solves the poor erosion resistance of the coating in this zone.
