摘  要:以四硼酸锂和碳酸锂为助熔剂,采用高温熔融制样,X-射线荧光光谱法对锆质引流剂中的SiO_(2)、Cr_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)和MgO含量进行了测定。确定了试样与熔剂以1∶35的稀释比,以4滴300 g/L溴化铵溶液为脱模剂,在1050℃熔融20 min,熔融制得的玻璃熔片均匀、透明、无气泡,符合测定要求。同时验证了该测定方法的精密度与准确度,并与化学检测方法进行了对比。结果显示,该方法与化学法测定结果相符,且具有操作简单,分析的精密度和准确度均能满足生产需求。Adopting lithium tetraborate and lithium carbonate as flux,the contents of SiO_(2)、Cr_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)and MgO in zirconium drainage agent were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.It is determined that the sample and flux are melted at 1050℃for 20 minutes with a dilution ratio of 1∶35 and 4 drops of 300 g/L ammonium bromide solution as the release agent.The glass melt is uniform,transparent and free of bubbles,which meets the measurement requirements.At the same time,the precision and accuracy of the method were verified.After compared with the chemical detection method,the results show the method is consistent with the determination results of chemical method.It has advantages in simple operation,analytical precision and accuracy,which can meet the production needs.
