摘  要:利用AVL_Boost仿真软件,搭建某船用二冲程柴油机仿真模型,该模型采用Woschni/Anisits燃烧模型,Woschni 1978传热模型,利用船用二冲程发动机台架试验数据进行仿真模型的验证。结果表明,误差在允许范围内,证明仿真模型的可靠性。在此模型基础上,分别对不同转速变化、喷油定时、排气正时进行仿真优化,并对喷油定时以及排气定时最佳组合进行匹配性研究,从而实现主机部分负荷优化运行,为其他船用二冲程主柴油机的设计及运行管理提供参考。Using simulation software AVL_Boost,the marine two stroke diesel engine simulating model is established.The simulating model contains Woschni/Anisits model,Woschni 1978 heat transfer model and then it was verified by the bench test data.The result shows that the tolerance is within the acceptable range and proves the reliability of the simulating model.On the basis of this model,different revolution,injection timing and exhaust timing are studied and optimized under the part load conditions,and the matching of the optimal combination of the injecting timing and the exhaust timing are achieved,so as to realize the optimal part load operation of the main engine and provide guidance for the other marine two stroke main engines.
