摘 要:为研究压气机转子叶片弹性变形对气动特性和结构性能影响,采用商业软件Numeca和Ansys用流固耦合的数值计算方法,研究跨声速转子叶片在考虑气动载荷和离心载荷共同作用下的静气动弹性变形,分析不同材料属性对叶片静气动特性的影响。结果表明考虑叶片变形后的气动特性曲线往右边移动,更加贴近实验数据。由于气动载荷和离心载荷的作用形式不同,材料属性的不同会导致叶片变形量各成分比例不同,也会对叶片不同位置的应力产生不同的影响。In order to research the influence of elastic deformation on aerodynamic characteristics and structural performance of compressor rotor blades,large commercial software Numeca and Ansys were used for numerical calculation of fluid-solid coupling,the static aeroelastic deformation of a transonic rotor blade under both aerodynamic and centrifugal loads is studied,the effects of different material attributes on the static and aerodynamic characteristics of the blade are analyzed.The results show that the aerodynamic characteristic curve of the deformed blade moves to the right,which is closer to the experimental data.Due to the different action forms of aerodynamic load and centrifugal load,the different material properties will lead to the different deformation amount of the blade and the different proportion of components,and will also have different influences on the stress of different positions of the blade.
