摘  要:以实现船舶甲板起重机故障可视化为目的,设计了PLC控制的船舶甲板起重机故障可视化方法。利用数据采集层采集起重机减速机、电机等运行数据,通过现场总线和USB形式传输到PLC控制层,PLC控制层监测起重机运行信息,并采用傅里叶变换和支持向量机进行故障诊断和故障报警,并将相应信息发送至可视化展示层内,利用可触摸显示屏为用户提供起重机故障可视化功能。研究结果表明,该方法通信传输成功率高,可有效诊断不同类型的起重机故障,可视化呈现效果良好。In order to realize the fault visualization of ship deck crane,a fault visualization method of ship deck crane controlled by PLC is designed.The data acquisition layer is used to collect the operation data of crane reducer and motor,which is transmitted to the PLC control layer in the form of fieldbus and USB.The PLC control layer monitors the crane operation information,uses Fourier transform and support vector machine for fault diagnosis and fault alarm,and sends the corresponding information to the visual display layer.The touchable display screen is used to provide users with crane fault visualization function.The results show that this method has high success rate of communication transmission;It can effectively diagnose different types of crane faults,and the visualization effect is good.
