摘  要:本文建立了AES-8000全谱交直流电弧发射光谱仪直接测定植物样品中硼的方法。以Al2O3、K2S2O7、NaF、C粉为缓冲剂,Ge为内标,与待测样品1∶1混匀后直接进行光谱测定。操作简便快捷、污染小、成本低、具有较高的灵敏度和准确度。方法检出限为0.18μg•g^(-1),方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为4.74%~7.51%。用该方法测定国家植物标准物质,测定结果与标准值的相对误差相符,该方法完全能够满足植物样品中硼的分析要求。A method for the direct determination of Boron in plant samples by AES-8000 full spectrum AC/DCARC emis⁃sion spectrometer has been developed.Al2O3,K2S2O7,NaF,C powder as buffer,Ge as internal standard,mixed with the sam⁃ple to be tested 1∶1,the spectra were determined directly.The utility model has the advantages of simple and quick opera⁃tion,small pollution,low cost,good sensitivity and accuracy.The detection limit was 0.18μg•g^(-1)and the precision(RSD,n=12)was 4.74%~7.51%.The method was applied to the determination of national plant reference materials and the results were in good agreement with the standard values.The method can meet the requirement of Boron analysis in plant samples.
