摘  要:分析了注塑过程中锁模力设置不合理带来的问题,介绍了传统的锁模力设置方法及其弊端,综述了近年来国内外在优化注塑机锁模力设定方面的研究进展,介绍了多种思路的注塑机锁模力优化设定方法,实现对于注塑机锁模力的在线优化求解,为工业4.0条件下注塑机行业实现智能化、精密化、绿色化提供了指导。The problems caused by unreasonable clamping force setting in injection molding process were analyzed,and the traditional clamping force setting method and its disadvantages were introduced.The research progress in optimizing clamping force setting of injection molding machine at home and abroad were summarized in recent years.The optimization setting method of the clamping force of the injection molding machine with various ideas was introduced,and the on-line optimization solution of the clamping force of the injection molding machine was realized,which provided the guidance for realizing the intellectualization,the precision and the green of the injection molding machine industry under the industry 4.0 condition.
