摘 要:采用水溶液聚合制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)/硅酸镁锂(MLS)复合聚合物吸附树脂,并对其结构和重金属离子吸附性能进行了研究,磁性纳米材料粒径为15~20 nm。通过硅烷偶联剂和聚乙烯亚胺的表面修饰,磁性纳米粒子的团聚现象明显减弱,比饱和磁化强度略微有所降低。Fe_(3)O_(4)/MLS复合聚合物吸附树脂具有一定的比饱和磁化强度和较好的磁响应性。当硅酸镁锂用量为10%,Fe_(3)O_(4)/MLS复合聚合物吸附树脂Cu ^(2+)、Cd ^(2+)、Pb ^(2+)吸附容量分别达到238、259和466 mg/g。Fe_(3)O_(4)/MLS复合聚合物吸附树脂具有粗糙多孔结构,重金属离子吸附为熵增吸热的自发过程,经过五次循环利用,Fe_(3)O_(4)/MLS复合聚合物吸附树脂Cu ^(2+)、Cd ^(2+)、Pb ^(2+)吸附容量分别为第一次吸附容量的72.8%、73.9%和74.5%。Fe_(3)O_(4)/lithium magnesium silicate(MLS)composite polymer adsorbents were prepared by aqueous solution polymerization,and its structure and adsorption performance of heavy metal ions were studied.The particle size of magnetic nanomaterials was 15~20 nm.By the surface modification ofγ-chloropropyl trimethoxysilane(CPTMO)and polyethyleneimine,the agglomeration of magnetic nanoparticles was obviously weakened,and the saturation magnetization was slightly decreased.Fe_(3)O_(4)/MLS composite polymer adsorbents had certain saturation magnetization and good magnetic response.When the amount of lithium magnesium silicate is 10%,the adsorption capacities of Cu ^(2+),Cd ^(2+) and Pb ^(2+) could reach 238,259 and 466 mg/g,respectively.Fe_(3)O_(4)/MLS composite polymer adsorbents has rough and porous structure,and the adsorption of heavy metal ions is a spontaneous process of entropy increasing and endothermy.After five cycles,the adsorption capacities of Cu ^(2+),Cd ^(2+) and Pb ^(2+)for the Fe_(3)O_(4)/MLS composite polymer adsorbents are 72.8%,73.9%and 74.5%of the first adsorption capacities,respectively.
