摘  要:季节性土工织物有着特殊的应用,这种材料可以在一定时间后自行降解,主要是作为绿化的辅助工具和临时控制水土流失。在本次研究中,使用了可生物降解的聚酯,它被认为是传统土工织物中塑料的替代材料。研究中使用四种不同的生物塑料进行纤维制造,并与聚丙烯纤维的力学性能进行了比较,通过快速风化试验研究了纤维的短期稳定性。结果表明,由两种不同的生物塑料所组成的混合纤维表现突出。所制造的纤维随后通过热压形成无纺布,以便在试验的基础上生产土工织物。Seasonal geotextiles had a special application,which this material could degrade itself after a certain period of time,mainly as an aid for greening and temporary erosion control.In the present study,biodegradable polyester was used,which was considered as an alternative material to plastic in traditional geotextiles.Four different bioplastics were used in the study for fiber fabrication,and the mechanical properties were compared with those of polypropylene fibers,and the short-term stability of the fibers was investigated by rapid weathering tests.The results show that the hybrid fibers consisting of two different bioplastics performs outstandingly well.The fabricated fibers are hot pressed into nonwoven fabrics in order to produce geotextiles on the basis of the tests.
