摘 要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)是最常见的冷却塔淋水填料之一。淋水填料在冷却塔中受热水的冲刷作用逐渐老化,PVC淋水填料的老化过程研究对保障冷却塔安全高效工作有着至关重要的作用。采用水浴恒温振荡器研究了PVC淋水填料在热水浴中的老化现象。傅里叶红外分析、热失重分析、扫描电子显微镜、万能试验机及冲击试验机被用来研究PVC淋水填料老化后的结构和性能。研究结果表明,经过2个月的水热老化后PVC淋水填料出现脆化和表面粉化的现象,经过300 d的老化后,PVC淋水填料拉伸强度降低了44.4%。PVC淋水填料的老化机制和化学结构变化被详细讨论。该研究结果对淋水填料的制造、维护和在冷却塔中的应用有重要的指导价值。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)water-drenching filler had become the most commonly used core component in cooling tower.The aging study of PVC water-drenching filler played a vital role in improving the cooling efficiency.The water bath thermostat oscillator was used to study the hydrothermal aging of PVC water-drenching filler.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and universal testing machine were used to study the structures and performance of PVC water-drenching filler after aging.The results show that after two months of hydrothermal aging,the surface of PVC water-drenching filler becomes brittle and pulverized,and the tensile strength of PVC water-drenching filler decreases 44.4%as being aged during 300 d.The aging mechanism and chemical structure changing of PVC water-drenching filler is discussed.This research has important value for PVC water-drenching filler in industrial application.
