省际市场分割与区域体育用品制造业生产效率的相关性研究——基于中国17个省份面板数据的分析  被引量:5

摘  要:从理论而言,体育用品制造业乃至整个体育产业的持续发展和生产效率的提高要形成一体化的国内体育用品消费市场。而当前有研究表明,中国的国内体育用品消费市场普遍存在省际分割,而省际市场分割对区域体育用品制造业生产效率的影响机制尚不明确。由此,基于2012—2018年中国17个省份的体育用品制造业面板数据,以体育用品市场分割指数,对省际市场分割是否影响区域体育用品制造业的生产效率进行了实证研究。结果表明:1)体育用品制造业存在较为明显的省际市场分割,且相对于区域商品贸易市场来说,省际体育用品消费市场分割更为明显。2)随机前沿生产函数和效率方程的参数估计值与检验结果表明,某个区域内省际市场分割对该区域体育用品制造业生产效率有显著的负向影响,即省际市场分割是引起区域体育用品制造业生产效率下降的一个显性因素。3)省际市场分割对区域体育用品制造业生产效率的影响产生了滞后效应。4)在效率方程中纳入市场分割指数变量平方项的参数估计值后的计算结果表明,某个区域内的省际市场分割对该区域体育用品制造业生产效率的影响未形成显著的先上升后下降的“倒U”型关系。5)某省(自治区)的体育用品制造业投入成本与利润总额对该省(自治区)所在区域体育用品制造业生产效率有显著影响,且成本减少或利润总额增加都能在一定程度上促进该省(自治区)所在区域体育用品制造业生产效率的提高。基于以上提出了相关建议。From a theoretical point of view,the sustainable development and improvement of production efficiency of the sporting goods manufacturing industry and the entire sports industry require an integrated domestic market,and current research shows that China’s domestic market generally has inter-provincial segmentation,while the mechanism of the effect of market segmentation on the production efficiency of China’s sporting goods manufacturing industry is not yet clear.Therefore,using the panel data of sporting goods manufacturing industry in 17 provinces in China from 2012 to 2018,on the basis of measuring the market segmentation index of sporting goods,an empirical study on the impact of market segmentation on the production efficiency of the sporting goods manufacturing industry is carried out.The results show that:1)There is a relatively obvious inter-provincial market segmentation phenomenon in the sports goods manufacturing industry,and compared with the regional commodity market,the sports goods market segmentation phenomenon is more obvious.2)The parameter estimation and test results of stochastic frontier production function and efficiency equation show that market segmentation has a significant negative impact on the production efficiency of sporting goods manufacturing industry,that is,market segmentation is a significant factor causing production efficiency loss.3)Market segmentation has a lagging effect on the production efficiency of the sporting goods manufacturing industry.4)The results of parameter estimation by incorporating the square term of the market segmentation index variable into the efficiency equation show that the impact of market segmentation on the production efficiency of the sporting goods manufacturing industry does not have a significant inverted U-shaped relationship of“first increase and then decrease”.5)Both the input cost and the total profit of the sporting goods manufacturing industry have a significant impact on the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry,and
