山区公路隧道事故特点及对策——以柞水秦岭终南山为例

摘　　要：为了预防公路隧道发生灾害事故,控制灾害险情,减少人员财产损失,通过分析柞水秦岭终南山公路隧道存在的安全隐患,结合公路隧道灾害事故的主要特点,提出了预防公路隧道灾害事故发生的方法和公路隧道事故救援对策,以及在处置隧道事故过程中需注意的事项。In order to prevent the occurrence of disaster accidents in highway tunnels, control disaster hazards and reduce the loss of people and property,through the analysis of the safety hazards in the highway tunnels in Zhushui Qinling Terminal Mountain, combined with the main characteristics of highway tunnel disaster accidents, the methods to prevent the occurrence of highway tunnel disaster accidents and highway tunnel accident rescue countermeasures are proposed, as well as the matters to be noted in the process of dealing with tunnel accidents.
