合同能源管理模式在医院节能管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨合同能源管理模式在医院节能管理中的可行性及节能效果。方法采用合同能源管理模式为效益分享型,合同期内逐年分享节能效益,院方26%—35%的方式进行分享。节能效益分享期,由专业的第三方节能服务公司进行节能效果审核,保证节能量、节能收益科学合理。结果一期合同能源管理项目合同期为6年,合同期为2010年1月至2015年12月,节能服务公司先后共投入400余万元,医院共分享了项目节能收益571万元;二期合同能源管理项目,合同期为6年,合同期为2016年5月—2022年4月,节能服务公司投资500余万元,预计院方节能收益500万元以上。结论合同能源管理节能效益分享型模式适用于医院,医院产生节能效益后,节能服务公司与医院一同分享节能成果,并取得双赢的结果。Objective To explore the feasibility and energy-saving effect of contract energy management mode in hospital energy-saving management.Methods The contract energy management model was adopted as a benefit-sharing model,and the energy-saving benefits were shared year by year during the contract period,with 26%to 35%for the hospital.A professional third-party energy-saving service company audits the energy-saving benefit-sharing period to ensure that the energy-saving and energy-saving benefits are scientific and reasonable.Results The contract period of the energy management project in PhaseⅠcontract is 6 years.The contract period is from January 2010 to December 2015.The energy-saving service company has invested more than 4 million yuan,and the hospital shared a total of 5.71 million yuan;The contract period of the energy management project in PhaseⅡcontract is 6 years,from May 2016 to April 2022.The energy-saving service company has invested more than 5 million yuan,and the hospital's energy-saving benefits are expected to be more than 5 million yuan.Conclusion The energy-saving benefit-sharing mode of contract energy management is very applicable to hospitals.After hospitals generate energy-saving benefits,energy-saving service companies share energy-saving results with hospitals and achieve win-win results.
