摘  要:护理人员是血源性病原体职业暴露发生率最高的危险性职业群体,由于穿刺护理技能经验不足和穿刺针不具有保护功能,导致被输液器针具刺伤的概率较大。广义护理技能包括穿刺、拔针到收集针头等过程,其需要一定的护理工作经验。目前,有关穿刺护理的技能培训体系较完善,为防止拔针到收集针头过程发生的针刺伤,亦需要对穿刺针优化改造。在现有穿刺针的基础上,优化设计了防止漏液、刺伤的穿刺针,并在拔针后针头完全封闭自锁,具有重要的临床价值。Nurses staff are the occupational group with the highest incidence of hazardous occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.Inexperience in puncture nursing skills and the lack of protective function of puncture needles result in a higher probability of injury from puncture by infusion set needles.Broad nursing skills include the processes of puncture,needle removal to needle collection,and require a certain level of nursing work experience.At present,the skill training system for puncture care is relatively well developed,and the needle puncture needs to be optimally modified to prevent puncture injuries that occur during the process from needle removal to needle collection.Based on the existing puncture needles,the author optimizes the design of a puncture needle that prevents fluid leakage and puncture injuries,with a self-locking function that completely closes the needle after removal to provide guidance and reference for clinical practice.
