美国磁性医院认证及对我国研究型医院建设的启示

摘　　要：在我国推动医院高质量发展和我国研究型医院建设的背景下,基于优质护理服务在患者体验、医院质量评价和品牌建设中具有重要意义。笔者基于美国护理协会、美国梅奥诊所和克利夫兰诊所经验,介绍美国护士认证中心的磁性医院认证,为我国研究型医院建设提供借鉴。In the context of promoting high-quality hospital development and the construction of Chinese research hospitals,high quality nursing services are of significant importance in patient experience,hospital quality evaluation,and brand building.Based on the experience of the American Nursing Association,Mayo Clinic,and Cleveland Clinic in the United States,the author introduces the magnet recognition of the American Nurses Accreditation Center to provide a reference for the construction of research hospitals in China.
