摘 要:为系统探讨胚胎移植供体羊胚胎群体化早期退化的影响因素,本文对同一品种供体羊在在不同生态环境和不同日粮营养状况下的冲胚总数量和可用胚胎数量进行对比分析。结果表明:相对低海拔、日粮营养丰富的养殖场比高寒牧区、日粮营养不全面的养殖合作社,黑头萨福克、白头杜泊平均冲胚数分别高3.98枚(P<0.01)、1.40枚(P>0.05),可用胚胎占冲胚数的比例高44.22%(P<0.01)、28.43%(P<0.01)。相对低海拔、日粮营养丰富的养殖场比高寒牧区、日粮营养全面的养殖合作社,黑头杜泊平均冲胚数高2.26枚(P<0.05),可用胚胎占冲胚数的比例低1.48%(P>0.05)。分析结果表明,在诸多因素中,日粮营养的不全面、不均衡是导致供体羊有效胚胎数量群体化退化的主要因素,胚胎移植供体羊应在手术前2个月加强饲养管理,特别是在精、卵细胞形成及受精卵发育早期,要保持日粮均衡、全面,海拔、气温、饮水和饲草料外环境变化较大时,应给予胚胎移植供体羊有较长时间的过渡性适应期。In order to systematically explore the influencing factors of the early population degeneration of donor embryos that from the same breed donor sheep, in this paper, the total number of flushed embryos and the number of available embryos of donor sheep in different ecological environment and different daily nutrition were compared and analyzed. The results showed as follows: in Blackhead Suffolk and White head Dorper sheep, the average number of embryos flushed in the farms with relatively low altitude and rich diet was 3.98 embryos(P< 0.01) and 1.40 embryos(P>0.05) higher than that in the farms with poor diet, respectively, and the proportion of available embryos to the number of embryos flushed was increased by 44.22 percentage points(P< 0.01) and 28.43 percentage points(P< 0.01). In Blackhead Dorper sheep, the average number of embryos flushed from the farms with relatively low altitude and rich diet was 2.26 embryos(P< 0.05) higher than that from the farms with relatively low altitude and poor diet, and the proportion of available embryos to the number of embryos flushed was decreased by 1.48 percentage points(P>0.05). Results from this study indicate that the incomplete and unbalanced daily nutrition was the main factor leading to the population degeneration of the effective embryos, among many factors. The feeding management should be strengthened two months before the operation, especially in the early stage that sperm and egg formation and development, and more should keep a balanced and complete diet. When the altitude, air temperature, drinking water and forage change greatly, the donor sheep should be given a long transitional adaptation period.
