生物可吸收性微型接骨板内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察生物可吸收性微型接骨板内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折患者的效果。方法:选取86例下颌骨骨折患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各43例。研究组接受生物可吸收性微型接骨板内固定术治疗,对照组接受微型钛板内固定术治疗,比较两组术后6个月预后优良率、手术前后下颌骨骨折稳定性(AF-BF距、AXB角)和术后3个月并发症发生率。结果:研究组预后优良率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,研究组AXB角、AF-BF距均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为4.65%(2/43),低于对照组的23.26%(10/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物可吸收性微型接骨板内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折患者可提高预后优良率和下颌骨骨折稳定性,降低并发症发生率,效果优于微型钛板内固定术治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of biological absorbable micro plate internal fixation in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods:86 patients with mandibular fracture were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The study group received internal fixation with bioabsorbable micro plate and the control group received internal fixation with micro titanium.The excellent and good prognosis 6 months after operation,the stability of mandibular fracture(AF-BF distance,AXB angle)before and after operation and the incidence of complications 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:the excellent and good rate of prognosis in the study group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)in the control group(P<0.05);Three months after operation,the AXB angle and AF-BF distance in the study group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.65%(2/43),which was lower than 23.26%(10/43)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the internal fixation of biological absorbable micro plate in the treatment of mandibular fracture can maintain fracture stability,have a good prognosis and high safety.
