手法推拿联合超短波疗法治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察手法推拿联合超短波疗法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的效果。方法:选取98例KOA患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例。两组均给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,在此基础上对照组采用超短波疗法治疗,观察组采用手法推拿联合超短波疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、滑膜血流分级、滑膜厚度和髌上囊积液深度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.96%(48/49),高于对照组的51.02%(25/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组滑膜血流分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组滑膜厚度和髌上囊积液深度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法推拿联合超短波疗法治疗KOA患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低VAS评分、滑膜厚度和髌上囊积液深度,并改善滑膜血流分级,效果优于单用超短波疗法治疗。Objective:To observe effects of manual massage combined with ultrashort wave therapy on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:98 patients with KOA were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Glucosamine hydrochloride tablets.On this basis,the control group was treated with ultrashort wave therapy,while the observation group was treated with manual massage combined with ultrashort wave therapy.The clinical efficacy,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the synovial blood flow classification,the synovial thickness and the suprapatellar bursa effusion volume were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%(48/49),which was higher than 51.02%(25/49)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the synovial blood flow classification in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the synovial thickness and the suprapatellar bursa effusion volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Manual massage combined with ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of the KOA patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the VAS score,the synovial thickness and the suprapatellar bursa effusion volume,and improve the synovial blood flow bursa.Moreover,it is superior to single ultrashort wave therapy.
