摘　　要：中国共产党成立以来,在农业经营、农村治理与农民发展等领域进行了系列探索,经历了新民主主义革命时期的土地改革、人民公社下的城乡分治、家庭承包经营后的政策放活以及十八大后的全面深化改革。中国在取得“三农”成就的同时,也推进了中国共产党“三农”思想的不断发展,从参照马列经典,到结合中国实际形成中国特色。中国百年“三农”发展离不开坚持党的领导、推进城乡统筹、保障农民利益、坚持所有制基础、结合中国实际以及不断创新。新时期,中国共产党更加重视“三农”的基础性与全局性地位,“三农”思想也将进一步体现高质量发展与共同富裕的要求。Since the founding of the CPC,it has carried out a series of practices in the fields of agriculture,rural and farmer development,and experienced the land reform in the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the separation of urban and rural areas under the people’s communes,the relaxation of policies under the household contract management system,and the comprehensive reform after the 18th National Congress of the CPC.While making achievements in agriculture,rural areas and farmers,it also promoted the continuous development of the CPC’s thought on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,from referring more to MarxistLeninist classics to combining China’s reality to form Chinese characteristics.The development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China couldn’t be achieved without adhering to the leadership of the CPC,promoting balanced development between urban and rural areas,safeguarding the interests of farmers,adhering to collective ownership,basing itself on China’s reality and constantly innovating.In the new era,the CPC attached more importances to the fundamental and overall status of issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The thought on agriculture,rural areas and farmers would further reflect the requirements of high-quality development and common prosperity.
