摘　　要：消防产品质量不过硬,会造成建筑内部消防设施无法正常运行,无法发挥保护人民生命和财产安全的作用。笔者通过制度层面、质量层面、责任意识等方面叙述了造成消防设施故障率高、产品质量欠佳的多种原因,提出了加强消防救援机构和有关部门协同机制、加大消防产品查处力度、加强主体责任、加强宣传教育等方面的建议,为维护消防产品市场秩序、促进经济社会协调发展发挥一定的作用。The quality of fire protection products is directly related to the efficient operation of fire protection facilities and works to protect people’s life and property. In this paper, the author analyzes the reasons of malfunctions and poor quality of fire protection facilities from the perspective of system,quality-management and the awareness on assuming responsibility, and then provided all-rounded suggestions on improving integrated cooperation among administrations, strengthening the punishment on unqualified fire protection products, improving the accountability on fire protection main bodies, and lifting the efficiency of fire prevention knowledge. These efforts are made to stabilized the market environment and foster a coordinated development of our society.
