摘　　要：随着社会经济发展,人们对建筑工程的要求越来越高。为满足大众需求,将绿色施工管理模式运用到建筑工程中,创新管理方法,推动了建筑行业健康发展。分析绿色施工管理在建筑工程中的必要性,深入探究有效创新绿色施工管理模式的具体措施,可以为建筑管理者提供有价值的参考。With the development of social economy,people have higher and higher requirements for construction engineering.In order to meet the needs of the public,the green construction management mode is applied to the construction project,and new management methods are innovated to promote the healthy development of the construction industry.Analyzing the necessity of green construction management in construction engineering and exploring the concrete measures of effective innovation of green construction management mode can provide valuable reference for building managers.
