摘　　要：以河源职业技术学院资助育人实践为例,该校在长期的工作实践中建立了“三扶五助”即扶困、扶智、扶志(“三扶”)和经济帮助、思想帮助、心理帮助、学业帮助、就业帮助(“五助”)的发展型资助体系,并取得了显著成果。Development-oriented funding system of "Three Support and Five Assistance"(material support,talents support and moral support for “Three Support”;financial assistance,ideological assistance,psychological assistance,academic assistance,employment assistance for “Five Assistance”) is formed in the long-term work practice of Heyuan Polytechnic.This paper,taking the system as an example,discusses the mode of constructing the development-oriented funding system in higher vocational colleges and introduces some achievements of the mode of "Three Support and Five Assistance ".
