摘　　要：从全面落实立德树人根本任务出发,结合铁路发展背景,提出以“家国情、铁路魂、工匠心”作为铁路专业课程思政的灵魂,通过“三教改革”,结合不同专业、不同课程特点,深入挖掘课程思政元素,探索思政教学模式,构建思政教学评价体系,将明德、善学、求新、力行等思政元素融入专业知识中,多维度服务学生成才,培育学生成长为一专多能、德才兼备并具有精益求精、求知创新、勇创一流精神的复合型人才。The paper starts from the comprehensive implementation of moral educationas the basic task.Combining with the current background of China′s railway development,"national conditions,railway soul and craftsman′s heart" is put forward as the ideological and political soul of railway specialty curriculum.Through the reform of the three religions,combined the characteristics of different courses in different majors,the ideological and political elements of the curriculum are dig deeply.The ideological and political teaching model is explored and its system is constructed.The ideological and political elements of "virtue,good learning,innovation,practice" are integrated into professional knowledge.Many dimensions service students to become talented.The students will be cultivated to grow into a professional multi-talented,with both political integrity and ability.In the same time,the students will become interdisciplinary talents with excellence spirit such as keeping improving,knowledge innovation and brave first-class.
