摘　　要：简要介绍二次装修办公项目,从最初设计到最终获得理想暖通系统所经历的主要环节,及测试、调试工作的展开依据。通过苏州中心某办公项目进行实例描述的形式,介绍从前期准备环节到测试、调试环节涉及的要点、各类问题、建议及抉择。总结暖通测试、调试所起到的意义,归纳过程中的有待完善的地方,其中同性的问题希望得到同行的借鉴和预防。Briefly introduces the general steps of HVAC system for office decoration project from design to final completion and handover.Describe the basic of testing and commissioning.Through the real project description of an office user in Su Zhou center,introduce the key points,main problems,suggestions and the owner’s decision of the preliminary preparation stage,testing and commissioning stage of this project.Summary function and understanding of testing and commissioning and common problems hope to get reference and avoid by who work at same filed.
