摘 要:在建设模仿家庭室内长期落灰场景的尘埃室的过程中,使用管道进行微量灰尘的输送是一个技术难点,原因是采用固体料粉气力微量输送的装置容易被堵塞。三通管接头气固喷射器是采用三通管接头改造而得,该装置依赖空气输送微量灰料进入尘埃室,同时满足长时间运行不积灰堵塞的要求。对同一尺寸的三通管接头改造结构尺寸,并进行了尺寸优化实验分析,分析比较了不同比例截面积的引射管风量、负压(真空度)、引射比。对实验结果进行分析,得出优化尺寸结果,即喷射口截面积与三通管截面积之比率为0.14~0.17(约为0.15左右)。这个优化结果可以使三通管接头气固喷射器输送灰尘的能力达到最优。同时,喷射器风量与负压最大。In the process of building a dust room that mimics the scene of long-term dust falling inside a home,it is a technical difficulty to use pipes to transport little dust.The reason is that the device of pneumatic micro transport of solid powder is easy to be blocked.The three-way joint gas-solid injector was modified by the three-way joint.The device relies on air to transport small amount of ash into the dust chamber,at the same time,it can meet the requirement of long-term operation without ash accumulation and blockage.The structural dimensions of the same size three-way pipe joint were modified,and the experimental analysis of size optimization was carried out.The air volume,negative pressure(vacuum degree)and ejection ratio of the ejector pipe with different proportion sectional areas were analyzed and compared.By analyzing the experimental data,the optimized size were obtained showing that the ratio of the area of jet nozzle to the cross-sectional area of the three-way pipe joint accounts for 0.14~0.17(average 0.15).This optimization result can optimize the dust conveying ability of the three-way joint gas-solid injector.At the same time,the air volume and negative pressure of the injector are the largest.
