摘  要:针对某高铜低铁硫化铜精矿,本文开展预浸出-焙烧-酸浸试验研究。结果表明,硫化铜精矿在硫酸用量0.35 t/t矿、温度28℃、浸出时间2.0 h、液固比2∶1的条件下预浸出,预浸渣率为75%;主要元素铜浸出率为29.62%,钴浸出率为40.00%,铁浸出率为45.45%,镁浸出率为16.21%;酸浸渣硫含量为13.67%,相比原料硫化铜精矿的硫含量(9.99%),明显升高。预浸渣在750℃下焙烧2.0 h,焙烧脱硫率约为75%。焙砂采用酸浸,铜总浸出率约为98%,焙砂浸出液含铁约0.1 g/L,含镁约1.4 g/L。对于使用该工艺流程处理得到的浸出液,铁、镁离子的浓度满足直接电积要求。Aiming at a copper sulfide concentrate with high copper and low iron,a pre-leaching-roasting-acid leaching test is carried out in this paper.The results show that the copper sulfide concentrate is pre-leached under the conditions of sulfuric acid dosage of 0.35 t/t ore,temperature of 28℃,leaching time of 2.0 h,and liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1,and the pre-leaching slag rate is about 75%;the main element copper leaching rate is 29.62%,cobalt leaching rate is 40.00%,iron leaching rate is 45.45%,and magnesium leaching rate is 16.21%;the sulfur content of the acid leaching residue is 13.67%,which is significantly higher than that of the raw copper sulfide concentrate(9.99%).The prepreg is calcined at 750℃for 2.0 h,and the calcination desulfurization rate is about 75%.The calcine is acid leached,and the total copper leaching rate is about 98%,the calcine leaching solution contains about 0.1 g/L of iron and 1.4 g/L of magnesium.For the leachate obtained by using this process flow,the concentrations of iron and magnesium ions meet the requirements of direct electrowinning.
