摘  要:以长江江苏段某国控断面为例,本文针对控制断面及其所在小流域的主要水系特征和水环境问题,系统分析河道水污染的主要成因,同时按照“分类、分级、分区、分期”理念,从水利调度、控源截污、生态修复、稳定达标保障措施四个方面提出合理可行的控制断面水质达标方案,这对平原闸控河网城市的水环境改善具有一定的示范意义和借鉴作用。Taking a state-controlled section of the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River as an example,the main causes of river water pollution are systematically analyzed based on the main water system characteristics and water environment problems of the control section and its small watershed in this paper,at the same time,according to the concept of "classification,grading,zoning,and staging",a reasonable and feasible water quality compliance plan of control section is proposed from four aspects,namely water conservancy dispatching,source control and pollution interception,ecological restoration,and guarantee measures for stable compliance,which has a certain demonstration significance and reference function for the improvement of the water environment of the plain gate-controlled river network cities.
