摘 要:为获得蒸氨废液采用机械蒸汽再压缩热泵技术处理特性,以实际工艺生产废水为物料开展中试实验研究。结果表明:实验系统在蒸氨废液浓缩过程中运行稳定,运行工况及处理能力达到实验设计要求;蒸氨废液静置处理有助于降低废液沸点温升、提高蒸发冷凝液出水水质、降低蒸发能耗;采用机械蒸汽再压缩技术处理蒸氨废液节能效果较为显著,相比传统双效或三效蒸发可分别节约运行费用69%和42%。In order to obtain the treatment characteristics of ammonia waste liquid, the mechanical steam recompression heat pump technology was used, and the pilot experiment was carried out with the actual process production waste water as the material.The results show that the experimental system runs stably in the concentration process of ammonia waste liquid, and the operating conditions and treatment capacity meet the experimental design requirements;The static treatment of ammonia evaporation waste liquid is helpful to reduce the boiling point temperature rise of waste liquid, improve the effluent quality of evaporation condensate and reduce evaporation energy consumption;Compared with the traditional double effect or three effect evaporation, the operation cost can be saved by 69% and 42% respectively.
