摘 要:为确保沙坪煤矿18206工作面在回采过程中安全顺利过4条老空巷道,通过对过老巷期间的支护方案进行优化设计,采取预先打设锚网索复合支护的方式加强顶板管理,同时打设木垛对顶板进行补强,通过过巷前和过巷期间的支架动压观测数字化设备,实时采集分析动压数据,得出支架在不同阶段的工作阻力与初撑力变化,及时采取措施进行顶板支护,确保安全施工。In order to ensure the safety during crossing the four abandoned roadway in the mining of No.18206 Face,the method of anchor net cable composite support by way of supporting scheme optimization design.At the same time,Erection of wood cribs were carried out on the roof.Through the digital equipment support dynamic pressure observation before and during the running of the abandoned roadway,the changes of working resistance and initial support force were got by real-time collection of dynamic pressure data for analysis in different stages.On this basis,timely support was adopted on roof support to ensure the safe construction.
