摘　　要：针对选煤厂原煤泥水处理工艺存在效率低、耗能大等问题,以磁窑沟选煤厂为例,在分析其选煤工艺的基础上,通过实践分析总结原煤泥水处理工艺所存在的问题,并对煤泥水处理工艺及相关设备进行改造,最后对改造后所得产品的技术指标和经济效益进行分析,得到理想结果。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and large energy consumption of raw coal slime water treatment process in coal preparation plant,taking Ciyaogou coal preparation plant as an example,based on the analysis of its coal preparation process,the problems existing in the raw coal slime water treatment process are summarized through practical analysis,and the coal slime water treatment process and related equipment are reformed.Finally,the technical indicators and economic benefits of the products after the transformation are analyzed,and the ideal results are obtained.
