摘 要:针对矿井多煤层开采过程中瓦斯高、影响矿井安全开采情况,提出分源预测的方法对工作面煤层中瓦斯来源进行预测分析。针对瓦斯来源分析结果,制定了本煤层瓦斯抽放、邻近煤层分抽、工作面采空区瓦斯抽放、建立“U”型矿井抽采系统等综合瓦斯治理措施和方案。结果表明,工作面瓦斯集中涌出量和风排量明显减小,工作面煤层绝对瓦斯涌出量最大值由原来的5.8 m^(3)/min减小为3.9 m^(3)/min以下,工作面风排瓦斯浓度最大值由0.45%减小为0.19%,工作面在开采期间,未发生瓦斯集中异常涌出、瓦斯超限等灾害事故,工作面实现了安全顺利开采。In view of the high gas in the process of multi-coal seam mining and the influence of mine safety mining,the method of source prediction is proposed to predict and analyze the gas source in the coal seam of the working face.According to the results of gas source analysis,comprehensive gas control measures and schemes are formulated,such as gas drainage in the coal seam,separate drainage in adjacent coal seams,gas drainage in goaf of working face,and establishment of‘U’type mine drainage system.The results show that the gas concentration and air discharge of the working face are significantly reduced,the maximum absolute gas emission of the working face coal seam is reduced from 5.8 m^(3)/min to 3.9 m^(3)/min,and the maximum gas concentration of the air discharge of the working face is reduced from 0.45% to 0.19%.During the mining period of the working face,there are no accidents such as abnormal gas concentration and gas overrun,and the safe and smooth mining of the working face is realized.
