摘 要:针对磁窑沟煤矿10202工作面因受煤层埋深、开采方式、现场生产条件等综合因素影响,造成工作面在回采过程中存在大量漏风,易引起工作面采空区遗煤氧化自燃的问题,采用高强复合发泡材料对各漏风地点进行注浆封堵。现场应用实践结果表明,采取措施后,工作面整体漏风量由原来的130 m^(3)/min下降至64 m^(3)/min,地表裂缝漏风量由原来的95 m^(3)/min降低至25 m^(3)/min,工作面漏风量得到有效控制,对防治采空区遗煤自燃起到很好的抑制作用。In view of the fact that the 10202 working face of Ciyaogou Coal Mine is affected by comprehensive factors such as coal seam depth,mining method and field production conditions,resulting in a large number of air leakage in the mining process of the working face,which is easy to cause the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf of the working face,the high strength composite foaming material is used to grout and seal the air leakage sites.The field application results show that after the measures are taken,the overall air leakage of the working face decreases from 130 m^(3)/min to 64 m^(3)/min,and the air leakage of surface cracks decreases from 95 m^(3)/min to 25 m^(3)/min.The air leakage of the working face is effectively controlled,which has a good inhibitory effect on the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf.
