摘 要:预应力简支箱梁具有受力明确、构造简单、耐久性好、施工便捷等优点,是高速铁路桥梁的主要结构形式,且常用跨度混凝土简支梁桥占铁路桥梁里程的比例高,并大多采用预制架设的施工方式。以新建福州至厦门铁路DK109+326~DK155+935段线路简支箱梁梁场建设方案为例,从选址、平面布置、规模、主要设计参数等方面进行设计与实施的对比分析,并通过比较分析,以期对类似工程建场方案的确定提供参考。Prestressed simply-supported box girder has the advantages of clear mechanical behavior,simple in structure,long-maintenance,and convenient construction,which is the main structural form of high-speed railway bridges.Meanwhile,the common-span concrete simply-supported beam bridges account for a high proportion of railway bridge mileage,and most of them adopt the construction method of prefabrication and erection.This paper makes a comparative analysis of design and construction of girder yard from the aspects of site selection,plane layout,scale,and main design parameters based on the construction plan of simply-supported box girder yard of DK109+326~DK155+935 section of newly-built Fuzhou to Xiamen railway,to provide a reference for the determination of construction scheme of similar projects.
