摘　　要：石油套管特殊螺纹具有良好的连接强度和密封性能,常用于复杂井况的油气开发,在油气勘探开发过程中应用越来越广泛。特殊螺纹的设计种类繁多,本文主要介绍了几种承载面角度不同的特殊螺纹和数控车床螺纹加工工艺及方法,提出了不同承载角特殊螺纹的加工工艺方法及其适用性。Tubing and Casing premium thread with good connection strength and sealing performance is often used in oil and gas development under complex well conditions.It is more and more widely used in oil and gas exploration and development.There are many kinds of premium thread.This paper mainly introduces several premium thread with different bearing surface angles,as well as the thread processing technology and method of NC lathe.And the processing technology and applicability of premium connection with different bearing angles are put forward.
