摘  要:前墙三段是飞机上重要的钛合金承力件和结构件,其结构复杂,加工难度大。为保证耳片孔的加工精度要求,根据零件的结构特点,合理设计工艺方案,减少零件变形,为耳片孔的顺利加工奠定基础,并设计合理有效的钻检模及刀量具,确保耳片孔的位置精度及尺寸精度,从而保证了该项零件的顺利生产与交付。该方法用于批量生产,为其它类似产品的加工与应用提供参考。The three sections of the front wall are important titanium alloy load-bearing parts and structural parts on the aircraft.The structure of the parts is complex and the processing is difficult.In order to ensure the processing accuracy requirements of the ear piece hole,the process scheme according to the structural characteristics of the parts is reasonably designed,the deformation of the parts is reduced,the foundation for the smooth processing of the ear piece hole is laid,and the position accuracy and dimensional accuracy of the ear piece hole is ensured through the reasonable and effective drilling inspection die design and tool measuring tool design,so as to ensure the smooth production and delivery of the parts,which is suitable for mass production.It provides a great reference value for the processing and application of other similar products.
