摘  要:针对转塔空心轴加工精度低并影响整机探测精度问题,创新设计数磨工装和配磨方案,从工装结构及使用方法、工装设计及相互关系等方面进行解析,分别对两体焊接心轴、研磨双顶尖孔同轴、配磨定位紧固、配磨组合加工和配磨试装轴承等要点进行论述。该方实施案后,零部件精度等级稳步提升,转塔运转精确,影像探测的稳定性和准确度大幅提高。Aiming at the problem of low machining accuracy of the turret hollow shaft influence on the detection accuracy,the grinder and grinding solution are innovatively designed.The tooling structure and using method,the relationship between equipment designs are analyzed.The two welding mandrel,the milling of coaxial double top holes,positioning and fastening of grinding,combination machining of grinding,grinding test and trial assemblely ofgrinding are respectively researches.After the implementation of the scheme,the precision level of parts is steadily improved,the turret works accurately and the stability and accuracy of image detection are greatly improved.
