摘　　要：结核病一直是全球重大公共卫生问题之一。糖尿病是第三大威胁人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病。结核病与糖尿病共病则结核病治疗失败可能性更大,死亡风险更高。作者从结核病与糖尿病共病的相互危害、诊断、治疗、管理方面进行阐述,以期提高临床工作者的重视,展开更进一步的研究。Tuberculosis is one of the most important public health problems in the world.Diabetes is the third major chronic non-communicable disease threating human health.Tuberculosis patients with diabetes are more likely to meet treatment failure and have a higher risk of death.In this paper,the mutual harm,diagnosis,treatment and management of tuberculosis and diabetes comorbidity are discussed in order to raise the attention of clinical health care workers and provoke further research.
