摘 要:目的调查新冠肺炎疫情背景下广西传染病岗位医护人员工作投入的现状,并分析其与个人利益相关满意度的关系。方法采用便利抽样方法选取广西12所公立医院221名传染病岗位一线医护人员,采用一般资料调查表、中文简版工作投入量表、自编个人利益相关满意度问卷进行调查。结果传染病岗位医护人员工作投入存在性别差异(t=-2.13,P=0.034),Pearson相关分析显示,传染病岗位医护人员工作投入与个人收入、个人发展、福利待遇、工作环境、人文关怀满意度均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r_(个人收入)=0.811、r_(个人发展)=0.757、r_(福利待遇)=0.712、r_(工作环境)=0.795、r_(人文关怀)=0.713,P<0.05),多元回归分析显示,个人收入满意度、工作环境满意度对工作投入有显著影响(P<0.001)。结论广西传染病岗位医护人员工作投入水平较高,个人收入、个人发展、福利待遇、工作环境、人文关怀满意度与工作投入密切相关,个人收入满意度、工作环境满意度是影响传染病岗位医护人员工作投入的重要心理因素。Objective To investigate the current situation of job involvement of medical staff in infectious disease posts under the background of COVID-19 in Guangxi,and to analyze its relation with satisfaction related to personal interests.Methods 221 front-line medical staff in infectious disease posts in 12 public hospitals in Guangxi were selected by convenient sampling method,and investigated by general information questionnaire,Chinese simplified work involvement scale and self-made personal interest related satisfaction questionnaire.Results There was a gender difference in the work involvement of medical staff in infectious disease posts(t=-2.13,P=0.034).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the work involvement of medical staff in infectious disease posts was positively related to personal income,personal development,welfare,working environment,and satisfaction with humanistic care,and the difference was statistically significant(r_(personal income)=0.811,r_(personal development)=0.757,r_(welfare)=0.712,r_(working environment)=0.795,r_(humanistic care)=0.713,P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that personal income satisfaction and work environment satisfaction had a significant impact on work involvement(P<0.001).Conclusion The work involvement levels of medical staff in infectious disease posts in Guangxi is high.Personal income,personal development,welfare,working environment and humanistic care satisfaction are closely related to work involvement.Personal income satisfaction and working environment satisfaction are important psychological factors affecting the work involvement of medical staff in infectious disease posts.
