基于数字经济2.0电商产业集群发展与人才供给对策分析——以龙岩市为例

摘　　要：数字经济日益成为全球经济发展的新动能。数字经济2.0平台化、数据化及普惠化的特征,给电商产业集群发展与人才培养带来新机遇和新挑战。基于龙岩电商产业集群发展的现状,应从优化电商产业集群营商环境、构建校行企协同联盟、发挥电商产业研究院作用等方面加大龙岩市电子商务人才培养供给。At present,the proportion of digital economy in the global economy is increasing.Digital economy 2.0 has the characteristics of platform,digitalization and generalization,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of e-commerce industry clusters and talent training.Based on the current situation of the development of Longyan e-commerce industry cluster,we should increase the training and supply of e-commerce talents in Longyan City from the aspects of optimizing the business environment of e-commerce industry cluster,building the collaborative alliance between schools,banks and enterprises,and giving full play to the role of e-commerce industry research institute.
