多重制度逻辑下义乌模式研究

摘　　要：义乌作为党领导下的区域发展典型案例,其发展模式有其历史性、规律性和创新性。将义乌模式放入一个制度变迁过程中,引入新制度经济提出的“多重制度逻辑”分析框架,宏观方面,义乌模式发展的整体逻辑是从禁止经商到允许经商再到规范经商的制度变迁过程,这是多重制度逻辑的协同过程;微观方面,义乌模式的制度变迁过程有企业逻辑的转变,但是离不开国家逻辑的主导。义乌模式变迁的内生性主要来源于其历史性和合理分工。下一步对义乌模式的研究,要紧紧围绕“现代化”这个关键词,回顾历史,总结规律,探索创新,为义乌高水平、高质量的现代化建设提供理论支撑。As a typical case of regional development under the leadership of the party, Yiwu’s development model has its own history, regularity and innovation. With the Yiwu model in the context of a process of institutional change, the paper introduces the“multi-system logic”analysis framework proposed by the new system economy. From the macro perspective, the overall logic of its development is the process of institutional change from prohibiting business, allowing business to regulating business,which is a coordinated process of multiple institutional logics. From the micro perspective, the system change process of the Yiwu model has been partly attributable to corporate logic, but it cannot be separated from the dominance of the country logic. The endogenous nature of the Yiwu model changes mainly comes from its historicity and rational division of labor. In the future, the study of the Yiwu model should focus on the keyword“modernization”. Reviewing history and summarizing the laws of the Yiwu model is to provide theoretical support for Yiwu’s high-quality development.
