摘　　要：许昌市作为住建部老旧小区改造试点的15个城市之一,结合对许昌市魏都区老旧小区改造中存在的问题进行分析,注重科学规划、理清各方职责分工、抓好过程控制、建立长效管理机制等措施,促进老旧小区改造的顺利实施.As one of the 15 pilot cities of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development,Xuchang combined with the analysis of the problems existing in the transformation of old residential areas in Weidu District.Through reasonable scientific planning,clarifying the division of responsibilities of all parties and establishing a long-term management mechanism,we can promote the smooth implementation of the transformation of old residential areas.
